Body Integration
This year, when did you feel the most integrated with your body? Did you have a moment where there wasn’t mind and body, but simply a cohesive YOU, alive and present?
(Author: Patrick Reynolds)

Um. Yeah.

I don’t want to hate on any of the reverb10 prompts because I think that’s mean. These people are putting ideas out into the world which I appreciate. And I am not a hater.

But. Yeah.

I just don’t feel like I’m ever not with my body. Instead of going into detail about that I’ll point you in the direction of Little Yawpsanother Reverber, and say, “Yes, me too” to her blog post.

I will say that I’ve certainly paid more attention to my body since becoming pregnant which, I guess, is a form of being more present. During the first trimester a cramp that would have normally been ignored was instead labeled as a possible sign of miscarriage. A month or so ago any sensation in my midsection was analyzed for the possibility of being official Marshmallow movement. Or gas. And today I feel all kinds of turbulence on a regular enough basis that I can tell with 78% certainty when it’s 8:30pm because that seems to be the time he goes on his scheduled evening jog. Little man is disciplined and I have no clue where he gets that from.

Well I agree with Little Yawps on her sentiment of this prompt. As for where little Marshmallow gets his discipline wait till you get to know his Grand dad Gary he can drive you crazy in that area. I remember Mark was a real mover and shaker I wanted to give him a good spanking for the all nighttime fiestas he had that kept me awake as he did the salsa kicking me in the ribs. Active was a under statment he was a Tornado and mostly he danced at night, when good little boys should be sleeping, I knew I sure wanted too.

Macie has always been active in the evenings. That’s when I would finally sit down and rest. She must have thought that meant it was time to party. She was active all night. whew!! It’s wild to see the same pattern of activity after her birth. It’s kind of weird.
